Can I bring my children to wait while I'm in class?

At Zesty, it's our desire to create an environment where the focus is solely on your experience and all the other members, with limited distractions. Under no circumstances do we allow children of any age to sit and wait in the studio while classes are running. We appreciate your understanding on this as we try to deliver a safe and happy studio for everyone.

How do I book a class?

All bookings are completed online through the "Book Classes” link on our website. You can also download the Studio Bookings app or head to the website https://studiobookingonline.com/zestypilates/classes.html

You will then need to make an account to enable class bookings. Following your first online booking, future bookings using cash can be made in-person, with credits then being added to your account.

What is the cancellation/no show policy?

We have a 6 hour cancellation policy for group classes. If you've reserved a spot, and cancel after the 6 hour period, you will be charged for that booking. We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we need to be fair to all clients and to ensure that waitlisted clients can get a spot. Booking cancellations can be done online.

Where do I park?

Our driveway has the space to park 3 cars comfortably and overflow parking is located on the footpath. Please park at least 1 metre from the road edge for safety.

When does the studio open?

Studio door will open 10 minutes prior to class start time. At the commencement of classes the main studio door will close, so please try to arrive on time for your session.

My class is booked out, what can I do?

We recommend adding yourself to the waitlist for that class, which will require using a class credit on the booking system. If a spot opens up, the first person in line gets added to the class automatically. The system will send you an email and a text letting you know you're off the waiting list for that class. If you are unable to secure a spot in that class, you're booking credit will be refunded.
